Senior Associate – Project Management

What you’ll do:

 

Our Project Management team is a driving force in bringing great creative work to life – smoothly managing budget, schedule and resources to keep teams on track. As Senior Associate of Project Management, you’ll know the necessary workflow steps — creative development, execution, and production for all digital and print projects — inside and out, effectively manages projects using the appropriate resources and processes. Day to day, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing production schedules for creative projects that balance DigitasLBi needs with those of the client
  • Maintaining a clear and reasonable vision of “next steps” and the “big picture” during meetings, conversations, or whenever the parameters of a project change
  • Managing the details of a project to ensure that all action items are accomplished timely and accurately
  • Deftly balancing priorities so not only the most urgent work is completed, but also the most important
  • Actively participating in internal meetings, delivering instructions in a clear and concise manner and providing proper materials and documentation when necessary
  • Leading discussions that are effective and efficient, making sure they stay on track and solution-oriented

 

We’re looking for a Senior Associate who’s a delight to work with and has a track record of talent, which usually includes:

  • A four-year college education
  • 2 to 4 years of experience, preferably at a creative agency
  • Ability to actively participate in internal meetings, thinking clearly and diplomatically when fielding complex or sensitive questions from internal groups
  • Gracefulness in delivering instructions – using a clear and concise manner, providing proper materials and documentation when necessary
  • Willingness to travel as needed – you’re open to new places, new faces and new ideas
