What you’ll do:

As Vice President/Director, Project Management, you’ll professionally manage client engagements, focusing on balancing quality, cost, and schedule. Day to day, your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, scoping, and managing for highest-quality client experience and results
  • Monitoring all project processes and operations for time and resource opportunities
  • Partnering with relationship manager to oversee management of budgets
  • Developing new system tools and processes for integrated client projects
  • Coordinating and managing internal teams
  • Overseeing coordination of quality assurance efforts
  • Leading development of intellectual capital for client projects
  • Designing and leading relevant training for internal, client, and vendor teams as needed
  • Integrating planning with Strategy, Creative, Marketing, and Engineering
  • Embodying a collaborative spirit and identifying opportunities to improve client and team dynamics

We’re looking for a Vice President/Director with outstanding experience, which usually includes:

  • A four-year college education, and preferably a Master’s degree or MBA
  • 10 to 12 years of relevant experience, preferably at a creative agency, with 8 to 10 years of Integrated Production experience in digital scope
  • A proven track record of leading complex digital projects
  • Outstanding leadership and people management skills
  • Stellar communication and presentation skills – you’re poised, articulate and convincing
  • Strong negotiation skills and a diplomatic ability to manage conflict
    • Strong scoping, pricing, and project scheduling (bottom-up and top-down) skills
    • A firm understanding of Rational Unified Process concepts and tools
    • Willingness to travel as needed – you’re open to new places, new faces and new ideas
