    Position Overview:

    Account Management Director of a multi-million dollar financial services account with a diverse portfolio, specializing in paid social strategy and media. 



    • Motivator, mentor, and leader of large team, reporting to VP/Group Account Director
    • Strategic partnership with Social Strategy, Media, and DNA (strategy and analytics); firm voice in strategy development and media tactical planning
    • Client point-person for strategic vision, process optimizations, and retainer discussions
    • Oversight of all strategic and campaign deliverables
    • Identification of net new or upsell opportunities for account growth
    • Cross-Line of Business (internal and external) partnership to ensure Social channels are correctly represented and planned for, sharing best practices and learnings


    • Energetic, able to work in fast-paced environment
    • Encouraging and positive
    • Flexible, must be able to quickly pivot and manage change
    • Strong mentor and leadership qualities, comfortable overseeing a large team
    • Driver and enforcer of flawless work, with key focus on quality

    • Strategic, big picture thinker
    • Strong understanding of the social space and appetite to keep up with its constant change
    • Understanding of financial operations (Salesforce, margin, etc)
    • Strong deck building, storytelling, and presentation skills
    • Paid media experience
